Suggest Treatment For Upper Arm Pain Caused After An Injury
I slipped on my hard wood floors and fell face first to the floor approximately 3 months ago. I have been experiencing on and off pain in left upper arm and some days am unable to lift my arm above my head. I have sprayed Icey hot on it and this temporarily relieves the pain. Not sure how else to treat it

Better to go for an xrau with orthopedic consultation ...it may be muscular damage or due to nerve injury.
