Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I m getting pains in my upper right arm, it started last night as I was going to sleep and has continued this morning. It feels like I ve been punched. Recently I have been suffering with dizzyness and a feeling of walking on a trampoline. I don t know if they are related, thanks Debbie
as you mentioned about the pain in the upper arm on right side, it may have be due to abnormal position. for which you can use hot water fermentation and then slowly do mild upper limb strengthening exercises. Also perform some neck strengthening exercises as it is very simple.
For balance as you are finding difficult on trampoline you need to understand that it is more of a balance and coordination for the same. Which is usually an unused center in the brain for the more precision. For this you can learn some balance and coordination training from a physical therapist and you will be helped.
incase the symptoms are increasing then you can consult a close by physician and take further steps. it is never wrong to take an expert's advice for our own help.
usually with exercise 99% of this symptoms will reduce and you should be back to action.
Regards
