Suggest Treatment For Upper Back And Shoulders Pain
i have pain thru my upper back and shoulders thru the elbows and into my fingers, constantly.some of the shoulders is from torn rotors but the rest i don t understand, i do have carpal tunnel also,and supposedly mild arthritus how ever this is muscle pain not just joint pain.this is a dull pain that increases with use but does not decrease with rest.

there may be wear and tear in your upper part of back bone which results i upper back pain, and also compessin your nerves to upper limb which results in pain extension into your nerve.
so kindy, mean orthopadecian .
he will run set of investigation for confirmation of diagnosis,degree of damage,whether it can be treated medically or not.
