General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having degenerative changes in your knee joint and cervical vertebrae producing all these symptoms.
Go for x-ray cervical region for osteoartheritis.
there might be having marked osteo-artheritis changes in your right knee joint due to old knee joint injury.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
You might require knee joint replacement surgery.
Mean while go for patellar exercises daily.
Take Calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
