Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of upper cervical pain and chronic headache which seems to be due to compression of nerve root there can cause pain in your cervical area. It could be due to improper posture, cervical radiculopathy and its related symptoms. Need not to worry. I Would suggest you to start with physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy. You should maintain proper posture. You should take muscle relaxant after proper prescription. Visit orthopedician once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. You should get cervical x ray first to diagnose exactly which vertebrae is affected, according to that you have to do the exercise and start with multivitamins capsule. Do exercise and yoga on daily basis.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
