General & Family Physician, Dr. Amarnath's Response
welcome to hcm, if you were my patient i will definitely take an ECG to rule out heart disease. as you have a chest pain radiating to your left arm. any lung infection can mimic a pain like this too. then my next thing i will suspect costochondritis or muscle pain other thing i will suspect is gastritis or other gastrointestinal disorders. any way i want you to get investigated with your physician. hope this explains with regards Dr.Amarnath
