Suggest Treatment For Upper Middle Back Pain And Severe Cough
I have pain in upper middle back when inhaling. Puffers are not helping nor is allergy medicine. I was taking puffers for a bad cough in July, August and September. I cough slightly on exhale. Chest feels under pressure but not intense like when I was really sick. Do I need to get an xray for my lungs?

You seem to have a long standing cough. Pain in back while inhaling suggests infection / inflammation of lungs.
I would advise for a complete check up by a chest specialist followed by investigations ( CBC/ X ray chest/ Sputum test. both routine & culture & sensitivity ) for pin pointing the cause . This will be followed by specific treatment.
