Suggest Treatment For Upper Stomach Pain That Worsens At Night

Hi, I get a pain high up in my stomach which seems to go through to my back, its a lot worse at night and I can wake up many times with the pain, it feels like I have a string tied tightly around something inside. Many thanks for any help. YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for your question on HCM

There are some many causes of upper stomach pain:
1.Gastroesophageal reflux disease, or GERD, can cause pain in the upper stomach and lower chest, aka heartburn.
2.Lactose intolerance
3.Medication side effects
4.Parasites.No one wants to think that stomach symptoms are due to a parasitic worm or other creature.
5.Stress
6.Gastritis
And other diseases.In my opinion is better to go to your GB ,to evaluate all the problem careful and if it is needed any test to do.
