Hello,
You are suffering from
urinary incontinence and
frequent urination. You feel your urethra is weak and you can't hold urine. You are suggested to do Kegel exercises to build up strength in your
pelvic floor. Avoid taking fluids and water since dusk, do not take acidic food, caffeine and alcohol, do not smoke, do not get overweight as it will trigger your symptoms.
Wear pads to avoid the leak. You are suggested to get treated for the cause, the factors that may cause frequent urination or incontinence are diabetes,
interstitial cystitis, UTI, prostrate problems (in men), pregnancy (in females), etc.
Constipation can also cause incontinence, hard, compacted stool in your rectum causes these nerves to be overactive and increase urinary frequency.
Neurological disorders is another medical condition that can trigger incontinence. Maintain healthy weight, control your blood glucose level at all cost. Avoid stress. Get treated for the pathology causing you symptoms, get nerve conduction velocity and other imaging tests done. Get treated at the earliest.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
