Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence And Swollen Scrotum In A Young Man

Hi, My son is 26 and had an L1 spinal cord injury on June 6, 2015. He has no bladder control. He was using a catheter twice a day but stopped and now has leakage when he stands up and wakes up very wet at night. His scrotum is swollen. I think he has a reflex bladder. Is there an operation to correct his problem or medicine that would help?
