Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence And Swollen Scrotum In A Young Man
Hi, My son is 26 and had an L1 spinal cord injury on June 6, 2015. He has no bladder control. He was using a catheter twice a day but stopped and now has leakage when he stands up and wakes up very wet at night. His scrotum is swollen. I think he has a reflex bladder. Is there an operation to correct his problem or medicine that would help?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the bladder symptom is due to spinal cord injury then it need to be managed accordingly everything is depends upon the nature of injury and damage done some it may be corrected or may not be physiotherapy is the best way to try hope this information helps.
