I have undergone your urine report. Pus cell upto 5/hpf considered as a normal. But you have very high pus cell in urine. Blood cell is also sight high, it could be due to UTI. I would suggest to consult urologist undergo urine culture and sensitivity test. Following treatment will help you: Antibiotic according to culture and sensitivity report. Meanwhile you took tablet septran Ds Tablet pyridium Syrup cital.
Drink plenty water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple. Do not delay in empty bladder and empty it completely. Repeat urine test after completing treatment to know clearance of infection.
