Suggest Treatment For Urinary Retention
Hi. Am 23 years of age and am suffering form urinary retention. I believe I acquired this symptom after a long term habit of masturbation. I ve gone to doctors who have prescribed antibiotics and Alfuzosin but they don t seem to work. Kindly assist where necessary

The urinary retention can be secondary to prostate or urinary infection most likely and is not related to masturbation habit.
Kindly follow basic guidelines as below:
- Drink more liquids
- Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water
- Chewable vitamin C tablets
- Get a urine culture report with your pathologist for further antibiotic assistance
