General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Noted your detailed history and investigations reports, opinion of Urologist and taking Veltam.
You are a female patient, unmarried, no urinary tract infection yet the problems remains.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult Urologist only.
You need additional investigations:
Urethro-cystoscopy.
Bladder pressure studies, Uroflo and all.
MRI of the lower spine to see for any nerve or spinal cord problem that can cause your symptoms.
Discuss about stress and anxiety as these can cause or increase such problems.
Once a proper diagnosis is done then only a possibility of a proper management can be thought about.
You may need bladder training and exercises to improve on if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
