Hi, I have gone through your question. Presence ofmore than 5 pus cells per high ppower field and bacteria in the urine sample is indicative of urinary tract infection.
I would suggest you to get your urine culture and sensitivity test done, so that the concerned bacteria can be isolated and antibiotics can be started accordingly.
In the meantime, you should drink plenty of water, as it helps curing the urinary tract infection.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
Regards,
Dr Deepti verma
