Hello and welcome to HCM,
You can drink on your party if you are on treatment for urinary tract infection (UTI).
The UTI is treated with antibiotics.
In order to ensure that UTI is cleared you need to get an urine culture at the end of the treatment.
If the urine culture is negative for any growth of infectious bacteria, your treatment is complete else you need to continue with your treatment.
Drinking will not affect the treatment of UTI unless you also have kidney stones concomitantly.

Thanks and take care
