Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection
hi, i have urinary tract infection. I drink a lot of water and try to maintain a perfect hygeine for my vagina. I even use lactacyd for washing the parts. But I am facing problem while having sex especially. I do keep alkasol syrup with me every time. Please suggest me is there anything that I can do for.

Understand your Concern.
As a treating doctor I treat the Urinary tract infection as below.
First go for Urine culture report that confirm the infection and also tells about antibiotic sensitivity.
Meanwhile I will give following advice:
Tablet septran plus nitrozolium for 3 days
Tablet pyridium , syrup cidal that act ads alkalizer, 2 tablespoon in half glass water three times a day.
Always empty the bladder completely and do not delay in urination.
Maintain pelvic hygiene before and after urination and sex, wipe urinating area after urination. Drink juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple along with lots of drink.
Avoid sex or use condoms till you get better.
You can also take antibiotic according to culture report for complete cure.
Always take complete course of antibiotic.
Repeat the culture after after 14 days to confirm the clearance of infections.
Use lubrication during sex
So consult the urologist to take proper treatment and advive
