Suggest Treatment For Urine Incontinence Caused By Stress
what options can I do about stress incontinence. Previously a Dr told me to do kegal exercises and this has not helped at all. I cant even stop the flow of urine once it starts. Im not even 40 yet and when I sneeze or cough I urinate. Please give me some ideas on what to do to stop this.

As you have stress incontinence , you should make life style modification by removing stress. Also decrease intake of water . Also do pelvic floor exercise. One of surgical treatment is sling operation.
I suggest you to consult a good obstretics and gynecologist for this.
