Suggest Treatment For Urine Infection And Kidney Stone

Hi, i am Sonia 37 years,i have feverish feeling from 20 Days approx. I did my all the analysis of blood,urine culture and ultra sound there is Some urine infection with a stone of 0.72cm in the right kidney. i am taking antibiotic(cefixime 200mg.) But i am Feeling so tired and weekness with fever 99 to 100 f. Please consut me further treatment.

Hello
Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have UTI with stone of a size of 7 mm in your Rt kidney.

Please continue taking antibiotic Cefexime that you are taking and once the fever comes down get the stone fragmented by Extra Corporal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL).

This is safe procedure and does not need hospitalization and will make you free of stone

The weakness that you have could be due to use of antibiotics .Take Vitamin B complex along with antibiotics.
