Suggest Treatment For Urticaria And Outbreak Of Hives All Over The Body

i am kalyan from hyderabad.From the past two months I am suffering from URTICARIA.Hives are forming almost all over the body,and swells.It some times swells on the lips and the eye lashes,after the hives are gone pain will be there,and my arms also will swell.I have consulted a general physician but no cure.Can you pls suggest me which doctor to consult whether a physician or a dermatologist.
