Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Uterine tuberculosis should be treated by antitubercular drugs and the complete course of drugs should be taken for effective treatment.
Blood in vomiting can be due to gastric or esophageal ulcers, carcinoma or can be due to tears in the esophagus due to wrenching. However, if her endoscopy is normal, these conditions are ruled out.
I would suggest her to continue the antitubercular treatment till advised.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
