Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroid

Hello. I have a question about my cycle. Im 37 & know that I have fibroids. They ve never really bothered me before until 3 cycles ago my period lasted 18 days. Then a normal period. But this period has been going on for 23 days & I m extremely nervous about it. I ve been told the doctor can t examine me until it has stopped. But I guess my question is, isn t there something they can give me to stop it? Should I be worried about bleeding this heavy for this long? You re advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You are having a uterine fibroid. It is a benign tumor of smooth muscle. If it is symptomatic than excision is needed.

Amway products can help in the maintenance of protein level, HB level, vitamin supplements etc....but it can't remove a tumor that is already developed.

So better to go for surgery for fibroid. Myomectomy, Laser embolization, hysterectomy are the various operation that can be decided according to the site, size of fibroid and symptoms of the patient.
