Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroid

Hi I'm 32.Have uterine fibroid(leomyoma) ,3 in no. 2 small and one bigger than a lemon,all towards the cervix of the uterus.Had a micarriage in April.Doctors are suggesting for myomectomy before going for next pregnancy which i dont want as i dont have kids.I had an usg done around 7 months back at that time i iahd no myomas.So drs suggest for myomectomy to be on safer side.Help
