Suggest Treatment For Uterine Fibroids

Please help and tell me what is the best recommendation for me to do. I am 39 years old Black female who had a pelvic sonogram done from 2009 , that revealed multiple uterine fibroids which measures 9.1 x 11.3x 5.8cm. I am not pregnat never been, dont have heavy blood flow and no cramps or pain during cycyle. Never did anything before because I have no problems at all. However, lately it concerns me that I am urinating frequently even if have urge to pee nothing much is there. My stomach is big and gets bigger when my cycle is coming. In addition, my urine seems like it cant flow smoothly at time or if laugh cought or sneeze might pee on myself or drip uriine. Pleas ehelp me and tell me what is the best thing to do.
