Suggest Treatment For Uterine Wall Thickening And Irregular Periods

I have not had a normal period in six months. I was told that after looking at my hormone levels that I was perimenopausal. Three months ago I had just a touch of bleeding that only lasted a day or two and wasn't enough to wear a pad or tampon. So I have not had a real period since the end of February and it is now the end of July. I have been on a roller coaster ride due to the up and down of my hormone levels. I feel like I am losing my mind and if I don't get any relief, I am going to end it!! I can't stand feeling this way. I had a pelvic ultra sound last week and I was told that my uterine wall was very thick(12.9). I feel like I have a bowling ball in my stomach. It is keeping me from having normal bowel movements and from looking nice in clothing. I am going on a long trip next week and I need relief NOW!!!! I wish they would just do a DNC. I want that stuff out of me. I am swollen and very uncomfortable. I can't even sleep or eat without feeling heavy. Please help me. I feel like no one is listening to me but I am SCREAMING on the inside. Before this my life was normal and I am not crazy.
