I just goty mirena removed on Friday. Things have been okay. I started bleeding and having cramping and pain in my lower back on Sunday, today I went to the bathroom and my uterus was really low and hurt. Then when I wiped I noticed there was something in the tissue. It is white, solid with dark blood all around it. Looks like it may have veins inside or some blueish green lines. I am not sure if I need to go to the ER or not. Please help.
