Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding During Bowel Movement
I have haemorrhoids and sometimes they cause me to have problems going to the toilet, I can feel it build up from inside my vagina when I try to use my bowl , lately I have noticed that if I strain to try to empty my bowl that the lining inside my vagina starts to bleed. What is happening and how do I stop it. t

You are suffering from vaginal bleeding during bowel movement. You also have hemorrhoids. Do not strain to empty bowels, it will cause bleeding from the hemorrhoids or fissures or vaginal lining. Vaginal bleeding with bowel movement may be due to sensitive cervix. Cervical cancer is another cause, and this condition needs to be treated immediately. You may also notice bowel mucus in your stool along with vaginal bleeding. Get Stool examination (R/E and C/S) done.
Endometrial disorganization is another cause of bleeding from your vagina following a bowel movement. Vaginal bleeding with bowel movement can be indicative of vaginal yeast infections. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an OBGYN, get per vaginal examination and Pap smear and other required blood workouts and investigations / imaging tests done to detect the pathology causing you symptoms. You will be treated accordingly.
