And when i consultd a doctor he told me its common and he gave me ferikind tablet. And from today morning i m feeling a pain in side abdominal. Now i took that tablet. May i knw why this bleeding and pain is there?
Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is any discharge of blood from the vagina. It can happen any time from conception (when the egg is fertilized) to the end of pregnancy. Light bleeding or spotting during pregnancy is common, especially during the first trimester. Usually this is no cause for alarm. Ferikind contains folic acid, A lack of dietary folic acid leads to folate deficiency (FD). This can result in many health problems, most notably neural tube defects in developing embryos. Low folate can also lead to homocysteine accumulation as a result of one carbon metabolism mechanism being impaired. DNA synthesis and repair are impaired and this could lead to cancer development. Supplementation in the general population may however lead to increased rates of cancer and all-cause mortality.
