Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia
Hi there, I m a 37 years old female and just been diagnosed as having fibro. Although what is worrying me right now is that I have been having a vaginal bleed when I wipe, on and off for the past two months and no period. I m sure that I m not pregnant and that this is not a sexual transmitted symptom. Other symptoms that I m experiencing are feeling like passing out every so often and constipated. Please any advice given, will be very appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
*Firomyalgia though alters routine menstrual pattern as far as the amount of bleeding or pain during menses. I feel it can not cause the bleeding type you have.
It can be due to progesteron containing contraceptive/ hormonal imbalance like thyroid or ovarian problems(PCOD). or conditions like endometriosis or fibroid ,uterus, cervical polyp.
The first thing to do is to get help of a doctor to diagnose cause of bleeding &get a solution. Gynecologist would help you in this respect. Please consult one. TILL then, you should take rest/ take over the counter cap. CVP gynae 2 caps two times a day after food.
* The fatigue, sense of passing out can be related to fibromyalgia or associated anemia.
* The constipation can be managed by high fiber and water intake/ regular exercises along with abdominal yoga exercises.along with mild stool softener like ,Lactulose liquid over the counter courses asper need.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
