General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. The bacteria enterococcus is fecal bacteria. So have better hygiene while cleaning anus. Do wiping on one direction towards the anal side. You can also use intimate wash daily to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH. For such condition I would recommend using combination of antibiotics like clindamycin and clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or as oral tablet. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
