Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection

Hi,I am 24 years old and married.. Now I am suffering from Virginal infection from last 2days..I missed my period for 14 days and my pregnancy test is negative.Does the infection effects in mesuration?? And is it the reason for the negative pregnancy test???

Hi welcome to HCM...

You have not mentioned which infection do you have.....And treatment or examinations finding also not mentioned ...

If pregnancy there it should come positive 14 days of delayed period if conception occurred. ..So here pregnancy seems negative ...

The following causes has to be searched for .......
-stress
-thyroid problem
-hormonal imbalance
-anorexia
-diabetics
-excess exercise etc.....

As such infection not directly leads delayed period ..
For infection treatment vaginal swab taken and sent for culture and sensitivity than treatment accordingly ...

Advise : gynecologist consultation for pelvic and per speculum examination......
