Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection

I'm 4 months pregnant (17 weeks) and am suffering from vaginal infection. My doctor has recommended FAS 3 kit, candid V3 for vaginal application, Citralka and Domstal 0. I'm worried about the side effects of the medication on my pregnancy. Please help...!!
