my wife is pregnant during 2 months. Previous 2 days she was suffering from heavy itching problem. May be it looks like an allergy. Can avil injection or atarax 25 pills charged during this pregnant period. Please suggest an answer as it was difficult to stay as the days passed by.
Hello, It's important to note that taking oral drugs without medical advise can cause serious side effects especially during pregnancy. Please avoid self medications.
Normally during pregnancy vaginal ph becomes acidic preventing infection. In your wife's case Itchiness can be due to bacterial vaginosis, yeast infection or allergy to any new soap or a substance in contact.
If there is no discharge you can rule out infection. Allergies you can use topical steroids along with candid b as an antifungal and anti inflammatory.
Maintain proper vaginal hygiene. Contact physician if symptoms persists.
