I had a vaginal hemotoma about 10 years ago and had an incision in my left labia to have it drained. Ever since sensation has not been the same and there is a numbness during intercourse. This is causing stress on my relationship and I'm worried that there is something wrong with me

I don't think that vaginal numbness can be related to your vaginal haematoma 10 years ago , however I would suggest you have apply elocon cream locally.
