Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Pain During Intercourse

Hi I have extreme menstrual cramps this month. I get pain, cramps like during sex like a week before my period. And this time the cramps is throbbing. Like a contraction. And blood clots too. Also like a week before this menstruation, I have been getting clear watery discharge. May I know what causes this and the diagnosis for this?
