Suggest Treatment For Valve Blockage With 70-80% Block

Respected Doctors my brother in law admitted in hospital, through angiogram test it was resulted 2 valves were blocked about 70 - 80% in that case ANGIOPLASTY is suggestable or bypass surgery and what would be the cost in Hyderabad tentatively and he is 60 years old - Warm Regards - Jayaprakash

Jayaprakash garu hi andi.thanks for your query.first let me clarify that its the blood vessel in the heart that's gets blocked and not the valves....70% blockade on angiogram with two vessels involved suggest two modalities of treatment...1.PTCA +stenting either simutaneously or seqiuentially..2.CABG.......THE CHOICE BETWEEN THE PROCEDURES WILL BE CHOSEN BASED ON THE TYPE OF VESSELS INVOLVED;general condition of the patient .hemodynamic parameters etc.the procedure would cost 6-8lakhs in top hospitals like APOLLO JUBLEE HILLS ..THANK YOU SIR
