Suggest Treatment For Vascular Dementia

The lady I care for had a massive inter cranial bleed in March and recovered, not totally, she has vascular dementia and is unable to walk so uses a wheel chair. All medication related to this is now complete. Her prognosis was survival to Dec . What likely symptoms would suggest changes, until now she has just got gradually stronger but she has peaked now. What changes might I need to look out for?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
After suffering from a massive intracranial bleding, it may be difficult to live without a motor deficit. It is normal with such brain processes. However, the following may help to improve her condition over time:
-Good diet
-Good BP control
-Physiotherapy for reeducation.
Hope this will help
Best regards
