Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi... before suggesting you what to do I would like to know what type of vasculitis your brother is having. At the same time I can also tell you that vasculitis is perennial disease and it can go into remission and go into aggravated state intermittently. Usually there may not be an option for cure but the disease can be kept under control by usage of Steroids.
