General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.

You can go for a serial ECG to rule out possible causes like arrhythmias including heart block.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
