Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What does it mean when my arms feel extremely heavy against my body while sleeping? I am struggling with vertigo, both vertical and horizontal, and are becoming extremely tired. Another symptom is tender eyes, where they feel as if I have been crying....possibly because of not enough rest also?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have vertigo and arm pain . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like heart problem , low iron or sugar level in blood , ear problem or diabetes . There can also be possibility of cervical spondylosis . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , ECG and check vital to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist for heart problem ,or orthopedic surgeon for cervical problem . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain , avoid bending forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day .
