Suggest Treatment For Vertigo And Balance Disorder

having a problem with balance. on many occasions i tend to walk like a drunk. my doctor called this condition vertigo. so my doctor arranged a mri and no problems were noted. friday i had an appointment with a specialist that asked me to perform some items like following his finger without moving my head, and arm certain movements, etc. I felt that i was doing ok until he asked me to stand and walk heel to toe a line on the floor. I was amazed to find that I could not take a single step wihout having to catch myself. the doctor explained that i was not getting proper blood flow to the back of my head. he advised me to drink a lots and lots of water. so, that is where i am presently. if you agree with this doctor could you give me a quick idea what is going on for i have no idea. he gave no explination, but just sent me on my way with his recommendation.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the history you gave here it may be vertigo and some time it could be age and gender related like it may be Parkinson's disease but you have not mentioned any information about your age and gender so it is difficult to have some ideas, the symptoms may be nonspecific too, it may be neurological in origin, it could be some drug toxicity, hope this information helps.
