General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

First and foremost thing you should do is hydrate yourself. When you're dehydrated, your blood vessels shrink to maintain the blood pressure which is why blood supply to your brain may get reduced than normal. This is the reason you feel dizzy.

This could also be a reason for your headache. However, at your age, there could be some more serious reasons causing the headache and vertigo. Hence visiting a Physician and getting the necessary work up done is a must.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Rutuja, General & Family Physician
