HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such vertigo could be due to vestibular dysfunction and it can be managed with Tab Betahistine three times in day, differential diagnosis need to be taken in consideration and for that it is better to see the doctor for clinical examination and tests hope this information helps. ( Stress and less sleep could be the cause apart from the systemic disease )
I find this answer helpful
