Suggest Treatment For Vertigo And Inflammation In Sinus Cavity
This is the 3rd episode of vertigo I ve had in the past 12 months with worsening intensity. BW normal except for an elevated CRP. Ct scan was normal with the exception of an inflamed sinus cavity. No sinus symptoms. Small painful blisters have appeared on my face prior to each one of these episodes. Do you think it might be connected? My GP shrugged IT off as coincidence the last time this happened I missed a month of work because I had no balance an couldn t consintrate. Any ideas? Wanda
Dear Wanda. Vertigo is connected with cervical disc problems. Compression of nerves cause radiating pains and that of vessels' constriction causing lessened blood supply to brain results in vertigo, dizziness, lightheadedness etc.
So manage cervical problem by collar band etc or traction if reqd.
Hope it helps you.
