Suggest Treatment For Vertigo And Sweating

A few weeks ago I had a severe Vertigo spell, everything spinning and sweating. Then dizzy for about two days laying around, back to work the third day. For a couple weeks it went away, now I'm feeling a little dizzy and nauseaded with the back of my head hurting. Thank you. Edward
