Suggest Treatment For Vertigo, Dizziness And Palpitations

for about 2 months I am feeling of near fainting when I stand for some time but not fainted. I have tinitus in left year and some vertigo and dizziness problems on and off. whom to consult and what may be the porblem. I have no blood pressure or diabetes. I have palpitations . pl. answer

A light headed sensation on standing is common and may reflect the normal blood pressure change that occurs with a change in position. There isn't enough information to know for sure from your note. Tinnitus and vertigo go together, often with hearing loss. Start with your family physician. That may be all that you need.
