General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history about a young man of 20 having multiple problems and serious ones like vertigo, tremors, nausea, hot face and arms, hard to speak, dreams, blurry vision and so on.
All these symptoms at an young can be due to one of the following reasons:
Psychological or Psychiatric problems.
Hormone related to thyroid, adrenals and pituitary like ME- 1 and MEN-2 that is multiple endocrine neuroplasia.
Any other disease.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all tell all these to your parents as you are too young to deal with this.
Consult your Doctor for primary clinical evaluation, discuss the above points so that proper lab work and other investigations can be done.
Get a reference to the Specialist as would be directed by the investigations and clinical reports to get a proper diagnosis so that a proper and specific management can be done.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
