Suggest Treatment For Vertigo While Having Diabetes
I am a diabetic patient & suffer of some vertigo since I lost my hearing in right ear. I was also diagnosed with some lag of phase in electrical signals between left & right sides of my heart. I also have IBS. I am taking acetaminophen for arthritis (2 X 650mg). May I use Nabumetone to relief pain in my foot?

As per your history, it may be due to vertigo
For that you can take tablet betahistine after consultation.
Along with that do regular blood sugar monitoring. Continue epley maneuver after ENT consultation.
Keep your self hydrated and take balanced diet
