Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

Hi, I am 20 and I suffer from vertigo. The MRI showed nothing unusual and the otorhinolaryngologists that checked my inner ear said there is nothing unusual too. I stopped having these vertigo attacks several months ago but it started all once again this week. I feel dizzy commonly when I wake up in the morning and when I do some have lifting, but the strange thing is that I got these vertigo attacks even when I masturbate. I'm a bit confused, what may be the cause to all of these?
