Hello, I got bitten by mosquito in one of the testis and got swollen. Have got it treated and it is normal now. This happened nine years ago. Ever since then the sperm production has reduced and yesterday the report came as few sperms in the report . Is there any way i can increase the sperm production back to normal?
Hi welcome to HCM As of now there is no medication to increase is the sperm count. Just follow some precautions that will do the trick 1. Avoid smoking (most important), alcohol, tight underwear, keeping laptop over thighs, emotional stress 2. Keep away from radiation. i.e no unnecessay X ray and CT and avoid keeping mobile in lower pocket 3. Stop all the undue medications and get it screened for affecting sperm count. 4. test your hormone levels, testosterone and DHT 5. Screen for ant testicular infection. If found any get the complete course of treatment 6. And finally have a healthy diet
Hope it helps you. Stay FIT
