Suggest Treatment For Vibration Sensation In The Neck

Over the last month I ve been experiencing a vibrating sensation in the back of my neck. I have some balding in some areas of my scalp. I ve always struggled with headaches, but over the last month they are occuring more often. I m also feeling extremely tired and lots of time light headed & dizzy.

hi...vibrations , headache and dizziness may occur due to low B 12 .
get done serum B12 ..
if low correct it..
if normal..you need to have xray or ct scan of cervicao spine.
and have orthopedic consultation for any abnormal radiological findings..
